28^th November 2022 year the second meeting of the Advisory  Committee, services of financial authorized states – members of the Eurasian Economic Union was held in the format of a videoconference.

The activities of the Advisory Committee, established in early 2022, are aimed at pooling efforts and preparing proposals and recommendations on the implementation of a coordinated policy in the field of pre-trial settlement of disputes between financial services consumers and financial organizations in the EAEU space.

The interim results presented by the working groups were discussed during the meeting.

The meeting was attended by: Voronin Yu.V. – a Chief of Financial Commissioner of the Russian Federation, Siyrbayev E.D. – Banking Ombudsman of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zavalko P.A. – an insurance ombudsman of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mnatsakanyan V. – a chief of the financial system of the Republic of Armenia, Maksimova S.V. – Financial Commissioner in the areas of insurance, microfinance, credit cooperation and activities of credit institutions, pawnshops and non-state pension funds, Krainova O.I. – a head of the ANO ‘Service for ensuring the activities of the Financial Ombudsman’, etc.

In the second quarter of 2023 year the next meeting of the Advisory Committee will take place.

The main goal of the Advisory Committee is to developing common approaches by the services of financial commissioners, by preparing proposals, recommendations and conducting consultations in the field of pre-trial settlement of disputes between financial services consumers and financial institutions.
